摘要: 先进成形技术代表成形加工业的未来,一直得到国家的高度关注。近几十年来先进成形技术在国内外的快速发展,促进了成形生产的优质、高效、低耗、清洁和灵活。从信息化、数字化、绿色化、精密化和轻量化等方面对国内外先进成形技术与装备的发展现状及趋势进行综述,分析结果表明先进成形技术将遵循产品个性化、成形数字化、控制智能化、环境友好化和资源最小化的发展原则。

关键词: 精密成形, 快速成形, 绿色制造, 先进成形

Abstract: Advanced forming technology stands for the future of forming industry and always attracts great concern from various countries. The rapid development of advanced forming technology at home and abroad over the past several decades has promoted the high quality, high efficiency, low consumption, cleanliness and flexibility of manufacturing industry. The development situation and trend is analyzed from the aspects of informatization, digitization, greening, precision and lightweight. Then the development principles of advanced forming technology are forecasted such as product individualization, digitized forming, intelligent control, environment friendliness and resource minimization.
