摘要: 通过分析复杂产品在协同设计中面临的问题和高层体系结构(High level architecture, HLA)在工程协同设计领域的应用,实现对协同设计过程中用户间的互操作性、数据一致性和并发操作的管理,建立一种基于HLA的联邦式实时协同设计系统体系结构,定义三类具有不同权限和职能的联邦成员:设计邦员、管理邦员和监测邦员。在系统框架的基础上,基于HLA的时间管理服务给出协同设计过程中各邦员的时间管理策略和时间推进机制,并通过对设计邦员的操作命令进行分类和设置事件逻辑计数器,实现邦员间的互操作和设计邦员的动态注册,保证邦员操作事件的时序化和数据的一致性。同时,利用邦员的项目权限和所有权管理服务实现发言权控制,避免并发操作的发生。最后,以船舶为例给出原型系统具体应用方案。

Abstract: Through analyzing problems of collaborative design for complex products and applications of high level architecture (HLA) in engineering collaborative design, a system architecture based on HLA for collaborative design is presented in order to implement interoperability, data consistency and concurrent operation in collaborative design. Design federate, management federate and monitoring federate with different authorities and functions are defined respectively. On the basis of system architecture, time management strategy and time advancing mechanism of each federate are given on the basis of time management service in HLA, and interoperability among federates and dynamic registration of design federates are realized to ensure data consistency and time stamp order of event by distinguishing operating commands and setting up event logic counters. Meanwhile, floor control is implemented by utilizing federate authority and ownership management service, thus avoiding concurrent operation. Finally, ship is taken as an example to give the concrete an application scheme of prototype system.
