摘要: 为实现风机盘管的快速设计,建立包括三种设计模式的计算模型。不同设计模式可满足不同的设计习惯及要求。模型在通用的热力学定律的基础上,采用二分迭代算法。各模式根据各自的已知条件,选用不同的迭代变量和迭代判据,并用不同的方法排除非合理的输入参数,提供计算盘管机器露点(外壁温)的迭代法,并据此判定干、湿工况,从而完成相应工况下的设计计算。模型保证输入参数范围最大化及算法正确稳定,具有全面、稳定、准确及收敛的特点。列举第二、三种模式中外壁温的求解过程及第一种模式下的设计实例,具体说明模型的算法特点。

Abstract: For the purpose of fast design of fan-coil, a calculation model is established. According to different designers’ habits and requirements, three fan-coil design patterns are included in the model. The dichotomy iteration, based on the common laws of thermodynamics, is employed. Each design pattern has different known conditions, and accordingly, needs different variables and criteria chosen for iteration. To ensure the stability and validation of the algorithm in the maximal calculation range, non-reasonable input parameters are excluded precisely, and iterative methods of computing the apparatus dew-point temperature (outside wall temperature) , important for distinguishing between dry and wet conditions are developed. The calculation methods of the outside wall temperature in the second and third design patterns and some design example in the first pattern are particularized to illustrate the comprehensiveness, stability, accuracy and convergence of the model.
