摘要: 通过对液压泵效率特性的分析,研究液压泵效率特性的神经网络建模方法。以排量为39.57 cm3/r的柱塞液压泵作为建模对象,以少量的试验数据作为神经网络的训练样本,采用3层BP神经网络加贝叶斯正则化方法对网络进行训练,建立液压泵的流量和转矩模型,并以此为基础计算液压泵的总效率。选取不同转速和压差下的试验数据,对流量和转矩神经网络模型的泛化能力进行检验,结果表明,液压泵的总效率误差在0.2%以内。

Abstract: After the efficiency characteristics of hydraulic pump are analyzed, the modeling method for the efficiency characteristics of hydraulic pump is studied based on neural networks. The piston pump with displacement 39.57 cm3/r is used as the modeling object, and a few of experimental data are used as the training examples of neural networks. The networks are trained by using three-layer BP neural networks and Bayesian regularization, and the flow and torque of the hydraulic pump are modeled. The total efficiency of the hydraulic pump is calculated on the basis of model of flow and torque. The experimental data obtained from different velocity and pressure working conditions are used to verify the extensive ability of the model. The studied results show that the total efficiency errors of the hydraulic pump are less than 0.2%.
