摘要: 为了更好地满足客户需求,提出需求流动链概念,建立需求流动链信息功能模型。研究流动链需求映射体系,应用特征映射机理,在同态/同构映射下,分析需求信息经产品功能到设计特征的映射转换过程。描述特征映射中的变量约束、规则约束和过程约束机制。采用层次分析法(AHP)方法分析特征映射重要度,并应用线性规划(LP)优化评价需求映射。最后,结合汽轮机产品进行实例研究。结果表明,需求流动链特征映射研究,实现了需求信息语义到设计特征结构化的定量转换,为企业进行客户需求为中心的生产实施提供可靠性依据。

Abstract: In order to better supply the customer demand , the conception of demand flow chain (DFC) is put forward, and the information function model of DFC is build. The system structure of demand mapping in DFC is studied. Under homomorphic mapping and isomorphic mapping, demand information is converted to product design characteristic through the mechanism of feature mapping. The restriction mechanism of variable, rule, process are depicted. The importance degree of characteristic mapping matrix is analyzed through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, and then, linear programming (LP) is applied to assess demand mapping optimized, which realizes the quantitative expression of demand information. Finally, the example of steam turbine is applied concretely to verify the theory. The result objectively reveals that the mechanism of demand characteristic mapping realizes the conversion between semantic expression and design characteristic on demand information, and supplies reliable basis for enterprises to implement production centered on the customer demand.
