摘要: 生产实践中,一些连铸机每次开浇,从起步拉速向工作拉速的升速过程中,在结晶器振动频率远低于振动系统自然频率的情况下,就发生较为剧烈的共振现象,导致钢液液面抖动,严重的还造成漏钢等生产事故。针对这一现象,建立椭圆齿轮驱动的结晶器非正弦振动系统扭振模型,推导动力学方程,讨论该系统发生低频共振的原因及其影响因素。所建模型能够为解决结晶器振动平稳性问题,更好地应用该振动装置打下基础。

Abstract: In production practice, some continuous casters suffer from severe resonance during their starting although the vibration frequency of mold is much lower than the natural frequency of the vibration system. The resonance can cause shake of liquid steel level and, more seriously, even industrial accident such as breakout. In view of this phenomenon, the torsional vibration model of non-sinusoidal oscillation system driven by oval gears is built up. And the dynamics equations are deduced. Low-frequency resonance is discussed. Factors which influence the resonance frequency are considered. A solid foundation for solving the running smooth problem of the mold and for better application of the oscillation device is laid.
