摘要: 材料选择是绿色设计中的重要内容,材料的生命周期环境影响是重要决策目标之一,基于材料的效能因子提出环境效能因子的概念,并结合空调器底板设计进行实例分析。采用生态指数方法定量化分析材料及其过程的生命周期环境影响,建立材料选择的环境效能因子分析模型。以空调器室外机组的底板设计为例说明环境效能因子分析方法的应用,分别给出刚性约束与强度约束条件下的材料最小环境影响,结果分析表明提出的方法对绿色设计中的材料选择有重要指导作用。

Abstract: Materials selection decision-making in green design takes lifecycle environmental impact of materials as one of the most important objectives. Eco-Indicator’99 is adopted to analyze the holistic lifecycle environmental impact of materials and processes, in order to quantify the decision objective. Environmental performance index is presented based on performance index concept by M. F. Ashby. The environmental performance index analysis model for materials selection is established. The bottom panel design problem for air-conditioner is described. The minimal environmental impact of materials is given based on the stiffness constraint and strength constraint condition. As shown in the case study, the results of the decision-making analysis can provide useful design guidelines for materials selection in green design.
