16MnR板材对接接头疲劳试验

摘要: 列车运行速度的不断提高使转向架焊接构架疲劳破坏问题日益突出,由于缺乏适用于国内材料和焊接条件的基础疲劳性能数据,对机车车辆工业广泛使用母材和主要焊接接头形式的疲劳性能基本数据库的建设就显得十分必要。利用瑞士RUMAL电磁高频疲劳试验机测定16MnR板材对接接头的疲劳性能。使用成组法和台阶法获得接头的S-N曲线、存活率95%置信度水平90%的P-C-S-N曲线及接头的条件疲劳极限,最后利用八点法获得接头修正的Goodman-Smith图,这些结果可为焊接结构的可靠性设计、服役寿命估计提供试验数据基础。

Abstract: Fatigue failures of welding bogie frames are critical issues when vehicles run at higher speeds. Traditionally, foreign welding standards are used for the design and evaluation fatigue strength of bogie frame as the reasons of inadequate fatigue performance data which are applicable to our own base materials and welding joints. To build database for rail vehicle industry becomes a necessary issue. The 16MnR butt joints were tested on RUMAL high frequency electromagnetism fatigue test machine. Median S-N and design S-N curves with 95% possibility of survival and 90% confidence level of joints were obtained by using group method and staircase method. Goodman-Smith fatigue limit diagram was obtained through 8 points method. All these data supply basic fatigue performance information for fatigue design and evaluation fatigue life of welding bogie frame.
