基于有限元梁轨枕的轮轨高频振动模型

摘要: 基于车辆—轨道耦合动力学理论,建立车辆—轨道垂向耦合模型,轨枕采用有限元梁模型。在轮对扁疤初速度激励模型和位移激励模型下,计算车辆轨道系统的振动响应,并与轨枕集中质量模型仿真结果进行比较。结果表明,轨枕模型的选取对轮轨力影响较小,但轨枕有限元梁模型可以反映沿轨枕长度方向在不同时刻的振动响应,而且计算出轨枕振动的速度分布可为轨道系统辐射噪声计算提供振动数据。

Abstract: Based on the theory of vehicle track coupling dynamics, the vertical vehicle-track coupling dynamic model is established and finite element beam model of sleeper is developed. Under the wheel flat initial velocity excitation model and the wheel flat displacement excitation model, vehicle/track dynamic responses are calculated and compared with the responses of the dynamic model with the mass model of sleeper. The results indicate that the sleeper model has little effect on the wheel/rail force, but the vibration results of each sleeeper’s different part are calculated at different time with the finite element beam model of sleeper. So the sleeper’s velocity distribution are available and the data preparation can be made for the track radiation noise.
