自由锻造液压机控制策略

摘要: 自由锻造液压机工作压力高、换向频繁,须要对大运动惯量部件进行平稳和精确控制,难度很大,现有控制方法无法很好地解决这一难题。通过研究自由锻造液压机工作特性,提出一种应用于自由锻造液压机的预测型多模式模糊控制策略。对液压机的不同区段分别进行模糊速度、位置和Bang-Bang控制,获得较高的快速性、平稳性和定位精度;使用预测算法,解决液压系统执行机构存在的动作滞后和惯性对控制特性与控制精度的影响。应用预测型多模式模糊控制策略,以减少液压机动作滞后的影响,使自由锻造液压机活动横梁的控制精度达到±1 mm,最高锻造次数达到120次/min,系统的液压冲击和主机振动也得到有效控制。

Abstract: The free forging hydraulic press has the characteristics of high working pressure and frequent direction change, therefore the smooth and accuracy control of the part with large movement inertia is required and this kind of control is very difficult to carry out. By studying on the characteristics of the free forging hydraulic press, a predicted multi-mode fuzzy control technology is developed. Corresponding to the different moving area of the slide block, fuzzy velocity, fuzzy position and Bang-Bang control are utilized, resulting in high speed, smoothness and positioning accuracy. The influence of movement delay and inertia on the control performance and accuracy is reduced by using the prediction algorithm. By using this control system, the accuracy of ±1 mm for the moving slide block and forging speed of 120 times per minute are achieved. Furthermore, the influence of the movement delay of the press is reduced, the hydraulic impact and machine vibration are also controlled effectively.
