不考虑进口特性的蓄能器吸收冲击理论及试验

THEORY AND EXPERIMENT OF ACCUMULATOR ABSORBING PRESSURE PULSATION WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS ENTRANCE CHARACTERISTICS

摘要: 针对蓄能器吸收压力冲击的功用,在忽略连接管道和进油阀参数影响的前提下,将皮囊式蓄能器内部分为气腔、皮囊和油腔三部分,分析皮囊的受力情况,建立蓄能器的二阶数学模型。利用Matlab/Simulink®工具建立仿真分析模型并进行仿真。分别在热轧带钢卷曲机和高速钢筋剪切机上搭接试验系统,以dSPACE为控制和采集工具进行试验研究。将仿真分析和试验研究的数据对比,验证了数学模型的正确性,并得出通常情况下蓄能器在液压系统中吸收液压冲击时,充气压力选择应根据模型中阻尼比最佳的原则完成等结论。

Abstract: Aiming at the function of accumulator absorbing hydraulic pulsation, on the basis that the influence of the joined-pipeline and oil-in is ignored, the air cavity’s stress is analyzed and the accumulator is divided into gas cavity, bladder, and oil cavity, the second-order mathematics model of the accumulator is established. Simulation model of the accumulator is establashed by Matlab/Simulink®. The simulation work has been done. The experiment systems are upbuilt separatly in hydraulic system of reeling machine and high-speed bar cutter machine, and the cybernation and acquisition are finished with dSPACE. The experiment work is put up. After comparing the numerical data of the simulaiton and experiment, the accuracy of the model is verified. And the conclusions, i.e. when accumulator absorbs pressure pulsation, selection of the charged pressure should be finished by the principle that the damping ratio is optimum in the model, are drawn.
