摘要: 利用内摆线特性,基于传动原理与变速原理,将行星齿轮传动与类正弦机构组合,提出一种新型非摩擦式无级变速装置。在完成结构设计基础上,对其特性参数进行研究分析表明,该无级变速装置属于脉动型无级变速,其输出转速在高速时波动较小,低速时波动较大。由于其传动比可以从1变化到无穷大,因此在不停机情况下输出轴可以停转,从而兼有离合器的作用。

Abstract: Based on the principle of transmission and variable speed, utilizing the characteristic of hypocycloid, a kind of original non-frictional mechanical continuously variable transmission(CVT) is proposed, which combines planet gear transmission and similar sine mechanism. On the basis of completing structure design, the characteristic parameters are studied. The analysis results show that this CVT is a kind of impulse CVT, output velocity wave is less under high velocity running, while wave is bigger on the contrary. Since the transmission ratio value can be changed from one to infinite, output shaft may stop revolving under no stopping machine. So, it may serve as a clutch.
