基于轴承及导轨接触刚度的混联机床静刚度研究及优化

摘要: 针对新型重型混联机床XNZH2430的构型,建立该机床的有限元模型,分析兼顾部件连接处轴承刚度及直线导轨与滑块接触刚度的机床静刚度特性。计算在一定载荷条件下,加载荷处的变形位移,由此得出机床各方向静刚度,并与静刚度试验结果进行了对比。有限元仿真结果与试验结果的相对偏差较小,证明仿真结果是可信的。以有限元仿真为依据对整机静刚度进行优化。对轴承进行优选和更加严格的预紧,使轴承刚度得到提高,对整机重新加载进行计算,整机静刚度得到明显提高。

Abstract: The finite element analysis (FEA) model of a new type of heavy hybrid machine tool is built considering the stiffnesses of bearings and guideways. The deformation of the machine tool under the rated loads is computed. The static stiffnesses of the machine tool are derived and compared with the results of the static stiffness experiment. Due to the little difference between them, the simulation results are considered to be reliable. In order to improve the static stiffnesses of the ma-chine tool, the bearings with better stiffnesses are chosen and preloaded more than before. The simulation results indicate that the static stiffnesses of the machine tool become better after the optimization.
