摘要: 为解决磁轴承高速电动机转子中,永磁电动机磁偏拉力与转子残余不平衡导致的磁轴承电磁力非线性问题,实现转子高速稳定运行,采用全局线性化方法对电磁力进行线性化;同时,改进控制器的设计,使用增益调度方法实现转子平稳通过刚性临界转速,并通过有效降低控制器在转子工作频率附近的增益,使转子在高速下能近似围绕质量中心转动,避免电磁力的饱和。最终实现了强非线性条件下磁轴承电动机的高速稳定运行。

Abstract: In a high speed motor system supported by active magnetic bearings, the influence of permanent magnets in the motor rotor and the residual unbalance in the rotor is obvious. The active magnetic bearings have to work in nonlinearity and high speed running is hard to be achieved. To deal with the marked nonlinearity in the active magnetic bearing system, an exact linearization method is used to linearize the magnetic forces of the active magnetic bearings. Meanwhile, controller designs are improved. A gain schedule method is used to make the rotor running stable across its rigid critical speed. Through adding a zero-pole pair to a PD controller, the gain of the controller in the frequency domain near the running frequency of the rotor is effectively decreased and the rotor runs almost about its mass center. Then the saturation of the magnetic forces in the active magnetic bearings is avoided and stable running of the motor system at high rotation speeds is achieved with high nonlinearity in the active magnetic bearings.
