摘要: 基于数学形态学实现振动信号降噪。研究了数学形态滤波器对振动信号在不同类型、不同强度噪声干扰下的降噪能力,提出了采用开—闭和闭—开组合数学形态滤波器实现旋转机械振动信号降噪处理的方法。通过仿真计算及实例,检验了形态滤波器的滤波效果,表明数学形态滤波器可以有效剔除脉冲、降低随机噪声干扰,提高振动信号的信噪比。对强烈噪声干扰采用傅里叶变换与形态滤波器结合的处理方法可以取得明显的滤波效果。并具有算法简单、运算速度快的特点。

Abstract: De-noising the vibration signal of rotating machinery realized based on mathematical morphology. New noise reduction technique based on open-closing and close-opening combined morphological filters proposed. The ability of morphological filter deals with different types of noise discussed. The method of FT combined morphological filter also proposeds to reduce intensity noise. Simulation and experiment example demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm. It is effective to filter the noises in vibration signal and improve S/N ratio prominently. The algorithm is fast and propitious to engineering.
