摘要: 介绍了所研制的超声波电动机面内振动模态试验测试系统。系统通过X-Y数字控制移动平台实现测点点阵的自动定位;只用一个一维面内振动激光测头,基于分量测量方法,通过90°转台实现了测点面内振动二维矢量的测量。该系统可以测试测件面内振动模态频率和定频激励下的振型,适用的超声波电动机定子表面形状包括矩形、圆环形,也可以测试直线分布点阵的面内振动模态。该系统的研制成功填补了国内外空白。

Abstract: The developed test system for ultrasonic motors (USM) in-plane vibration modal testing is introduced. The system realizes auto-positioning the measurement points array through the X-Y digital control slider. Only utilizing a one-dimensional laser measurement head, through decomposition measurement way, realizes measuring the two-dimensional in-plane vibration with a 90° angular positioning equipment. The system can measure the in-plane vibration modal frequencies of the object and its vibration shape when stirred up by sine wave. The system can measure the shape of the USM faces including rectangle and circle. It also can measure the in-plane vibration modal of the linear alignment points on the USM faces. The development work fills up the blank of the world.
