摘要: 建立汽车电磁制动器CAD平台,给出平台的框架结构及工作模式,详细介绍组成平台的各个功能模块,给出根据整车参数确定制动器所需最大、最小制动力矩的算法。以制动效能为优化目标,提出制动器结构参数的确定思路和步骤。从稳健设计的角度,给出对制动器结构参数进行稳健优化的方法,以及进行电磁制动器关键部件电磁体设计的算法流程。讨论制动器仿真分析模块及虚拟装配模块的功能。平台通过数据库来保存设计信息,并建立模型库与数据库的双向关联。最后讨论了平台与相关软件的集成方法。

Abstract: The computer aided design platform in electromagnetic brake is founded. The fame structure and work mode of the platform are introduced. Every function module of the platform is given detailed account. The method to determine the maximum and minimum moment based on parameter of vehicle is discussed. The methods and process in designing brake structure parameter using braking efficiency as optimum goal are introduced. From the robust design standpoint, the method to optimize brake structure parameter is also introduced. The algorithms to design the key part of electromagnetic brake are presented. Also the functions of the simulation analysis module and virtual assembly module are discussed. The platform mak-ing use of database to save design information and the two-way correlation between model base and database are founded. At last, the technology of the integration of software is also dis-cussed.
