2K-H针摆行星传动机械效率的数学建模

摘要: 为解决汽车座椅调角器自锁性能不稳定的问题,研究具有齿侧间隙的一齿差2K-H摆线针轮行星传动的正、逆传动机械效率的计算方法。通过对该行星机构的转化机构实际啮合传动过程的力学分析,建立转化机构瞬时效率和平均效率计算的精确数学模型。利用该模型所求出的转化机构效率计算了2K-H行星轮系的机械效率,并开发效率计算的应用程序。调角器产品的效率计算和试验测试结果证明该模型的正确性。运用该程序,还研究机械效率与各运动学参数及结构参数之间的关系,得出增加摩擦因数、减小偏距、减小两针轮齿数差、增加同时啮合轮齿对数及改变作用力分布,改变双片摆轮中心的初始相对转角均可以提高自锁性能的结论,并用以指导汽车座椅调角器自锁性能的改进。该数学模型的建立能够为进一步研究一定加工精度下2K-H摆线针轮的传动效率、机构的优化设计和齿廓修形后的传动性能提供理论基础。

Abstract: The calculation method of positive and negative transmission mechanical efficiency of one tooth difference 2K-H cycloid-needle planet transmission with backlash is studied for the solution to the problem of self-locking performance instability of adjustable-angle mechanism of seat on automobile. A perfect mathematical model of instantaneous and average efficiency of the converted mechanism of the original epicyclic gear train is proposed based on mechanics analysis of the gear pair actual meshing transmission process. The mechanical effi-ciency of 2K-H epicyclic gear train is obtained through the efficiency of the converted mechanism calculated by mathe-matical model presented. Computerized program of the effi-ciency calculation is developed. The formula is available with both theoretic calculation and test result of adjustable-angle product. The relationship between mechanical efficiency and kinematics parameter are studied by using the program calcula-tion. The research conclusion is drawn that increasing friction coefficient, decreasing the offset and the difference between tooth numbers of two needle gears, increasing the number of pairs of teeth in contact at same time, changing the distribution of acting force and the initial relative angle of the centers of two pieces of cycloid gear can improve the self-locking performance, which is used to guide the improvement of self-locking performance of adjustable-angle mechanism of seat on automobile. The presented mathematical model pro-vides a basis for further researches such as the efficiency with machining tolerance, optimum design of the mechanism and transmission performance of tooth profile modified.
