冰箱用直线式压缩机的研究与应用综述

摘要: 介绍了直线压缩机的结构类型和工作原理,归纳和总结了直线压缩机的结构、动态特性、效能、控制等方面的研究现状和发展趋势。针对电冰箱制冷压缩机的特点和市场要求,提出了我国发展直线压缩机应解决的关键技术,选择动圈式和动铁式两种结构为发展机型,采用无传感器的控制方法,通过理论分析和试验,研究各结构参数对动态特性的影响,建立相应机型和控制系统的设计理论,实现商用化的目标。

Abstract: The structure type and the working principle of the linear compressor are introduced. The current research status and the development trend of the detail structure, the dynamic characteristic, the control method of this kind of compressor are also summarized. Against the features and the market requirements of the household refrigerator, the key technology to develop the linear compressor is put forth. The coil moving type motor and the magnet moving type motor are two preferable kings of motor. The sensor-less control method is a preference. The recommended train of thought is, through theoretical analysis as well as the experiment, to investigate the influence of the structure parameters on the running dynamic property, establish the prototype plant and the design theory of the control system, and finally, achieve the task of the commercialization.
