摘要: 材料性能对液压胀形工艺(THF)及产品质量有重大影响,传统单向拉伸试验所得材料性能不能很好反映管材液压胀形性能。开发了一种简单实用可在单动压力机上使用的试验装置,可用于不同材料及尺寸管材的液压胀形试验,以确定管材胀形性能。该装置不需要复杂的外部供液系统,而是利用其内部的补液腔自动、同步地建立起胀形所需液压力及轴向载荷,两载荷比值可通过合理设计补液腔直径得到。可以实现管材自然胀形、轴向压缩胀形、两端不同约束下的胀形和一定程度的比例加载胀形。一系列胀形对比试验表明:管端约束方式对自然胀形有较大影响,而对轴向压缩胀形影响较小;液压力、轴向载荷及其比值对轴向压缩胀形有较大影响。

Abstract: Material properties have great effect on the hydro- bulging process and quality of the formed tube,while the material properties obtained from the common tensile test differ from bulge formability of a tube. A simple and practical test tooling is developed for hydro-bulging test of tubes with varied materials and sizes. As a test stands alone in hydro-bulging formability, the tooling can be worked on a conventional press, even on a single action press. It has no use for any external hydraulic pressure source, but an internal one replaces that serves as a pressurized fluid supplier by which the internal pressure and axial load required for hydro-bulging can be automatically and synchronously provided. The ratio of the two loads can be achieved by proper design of the fluid supplier. Free expansion bulging, bulging with axial feed, free and restrained bulging (free and fixed ends) can be fulfilled by the tooling, and bulging with proportional loading to some extension can be realized. A series of bulging experiments on the tooling display that restrained conditions on tube ends highly affect the free expansion bulging, while the internal pressure, axial load and ratio of two loads highly affect the bulging with axial feed.
