摘要: 研究了柔顺机构拓扑优化与压电驱动单元位置和尺寸的最优设计问题,首先给出了多目标优化设计模型。在优化设计模型中不仅考虑了机构与驱动器的耦合,同时还考虑了机构柔度与刚度之间的协调问题和输出耦合的抑制策略与方法,在此基础上给出了机构拓扑、驱动单元的位置和尺寸的优化算法。最后,通过算例说明了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: Topology and location and size of actuation element integrated optimization method of compliant mechanism system with output coupling terms control is presented. Firstly, a multi-criteria optimization model with output coupling terms suppression and electromechanical coupling effect in the system caused by the actuator and mechanism is developed. The compliance and stiffness of the system can be adjusted according to the working condition. Secondly, the computational procedure of the topology and the actuation element optimization algorithm is also developed. Finally, numerical examples are presented to show the validity of the presented method.
