摘要: 建立了计入系统扭摆振动陀螺效应的斜齿行星齿轮系统动力学模型,考虑了偏心误差、行星轮轴位置偏差、啮合误差、质量偏心及时变刚度的影响。分析了2K-H型斜齿行星齿轮系统的自由振动特性。将斜齿行星齿轮系统的振型划分为三类:径向平移扭摆振动模式、轴向平移扭转振动模式和行星轮振动模式。并分析了这三类振动模式降阶模型的特征值问题,得到了它们的特征值数、各行星轮振型比例关系及各构件振幅特点等方面的规律。

Abstract: An analytical model of helical planetary gear trains is developed including the gyroscopic effect. Furthermore, many factors are taken into account, such as time varying stiffness, gear run-out errors, mass eccentricity, pinion-pin position errors, and gear profile errors, etc. The characterization of helical planetary gear free vibration is analyzed. Vibration modes are classified into three types: radial translational and torsional mode, axial translational and rotational mode, and planet mode. For each class of mode, reduced-order eigenvalue problems are derived. The characteristics about the eigenvalue number, the mode proportional relation between different planetary gears, and the vibration amplitude for each type of mode are analytically investigated in detail.
