摘要: 基于发生函数法建立了含共因失效的多状态系统可靠性分析模型,通过改进的发生函数法求取多状态不可修串并联系统的可靠度函数。具体分两个步骤:① 先不考虑共因元件组的影响,用发生函数表示系统的性能分布。② 在“系统层”对共因元件组元件各状态信息进行分析,再用分析结果对系统发生函数进行修正,最终得到系统可靠度函数。

Abstract: A new model for multi-state reliability analysis with considering common cause failure (CCF) which adapts an improved universal generating function (IUGF) method is proposed. The solutions of probabilities of all states of a multi-state non-repairable system are obtained by means of a 2-stage approach. In stage 1, system-output-performance distribution is described as IUGF without considering CCF; In stage 2, the contribution of CCF is correctly included based on CCF information of various common cause groups in system. An example is given to show availability and effectiveness of the method.
