摘要: 为了满足某些机械装备的需求,研究设计了节能、快响应、高精度电液控制系统。该系统由恒功率恒压变量泵、一体化电液伺服马达和单片机三环串级仿人智能控制器等构成。变量泵是节能的关键动力源,电液伺服马达是快响应的关键动力执行装置,三环串级仿人智能控制是实现高精度的关键控制策略。

Abstract: The energy-saving, fast response and high accuracy electro-hydraulic control systems are required by some mechanic equipments. The aimed system is constructed with one constant power and constant pressure pump, two integrated electro-hydraulic servo motors and one single chip microcom puter cascade human being intelligence simulating controller. The pump is the key power equipment for energy-saving, the motor is the key actuator for fast response, the control mode of simulating human being intelligence is the key control strategy for high accuracy.
