摘要: 从微尺度流动的特征出发,设计了一种新型静态微型混合器,通过在微通道内设置导流块的方式诱发横向的速度分量,减少混合长度,从而增强分子扩散作用,达到分子级混合;运用流场仿真技术分析了微型混合器内流场的运动规律,阐述了发生混合的机理;罗丹明染料的混合试验可以直观地检测微型混合器的混合效果,同时采用计算图像灰度值标准差的方法定量分析了微型混合器的性能与结构参数、流量的关系。

Abstract: A novel static micro-mixer is described which is designed according to micro-fluidic characteristic. With the staggered oriented ridges in micro-channel, transverse comp-onents of flow are generated. This means can reduce mixing length, and enhance molecular diffusion processes. Computa-tional fluid dynamics method is applied to investigate flow field of this static micro-mixer, and gives the mixing principles of this micro-mixer. Rhodamine dye mixing experiments, as a flow visualization method, are carried out to show the develo-pment of mixing process and performance. Standard deviation of the intensity distribution in the images of the exit of the micro-mixer is used to quantify the degree of mixing as a function of the structural parameter and of the flow rate.
