双涡圈涡旋压缩机完全啮合型线修正理论研究

摘要: 创建了双涡圈渐开线型线能实现完全啮合的修正方法,得到了该修正涡旋齿的生成方法、齿形特点和修正齿头各修正参数之间的通用关系式及修正圆弧方程。推导出了修正涡旋齿轴向投影面积的精确计算公式,提出了任意曲轴转角下的压缩腔容积的计算方法,分析了各修正参数对修正涡旋齿性能如压缩比和齿头强度等的影响。研究结果表明:只须确定修正展角f ,即可确定修正涡旋齿头的齿形和其它各修正参数的数值;随着f 取值的增加,压缩比减小,涡旋齿头增厚,因而其强度增加。

Abstract: A profile modification method for perfect meshing of involute wrap of twin-scroll compressor is established. The generation and characteristics of this modified wrap, general mutual dependence of modification parameters of wrap head as well as equations of modification circular arcs are given. An accurate expression for calculating axial projective area of modified wrap is derived. A method for calculation of compression chamber volume in different angular positions of crankshaft is proposed. The influence of every modification parameters on performance of modified wrap such as compression ratio and strength etc, is also analyzed. The investigation results show that only the modification expanding angle f needs to be determined in order to obtain the shape of modified wrap head and the value of other modification parameters. When the value of f increases, the compression ratio decreases and the thickness of modified wrap head also increases, so that its strength increases, also.
