复合功能产品概念设计循环求解过程及其实现

摘要: 复合功能产品概念设计过程中,辅助功能的生成和求解往往伴随着目的功能的求解及其解的完善过程逐步得以实现;基于这一实际情况,提出了一种产品功能、效应、作用原理和结构方案循环交叉求解的计算机辅助概念设计进程模型,这一模型包含分解映射、求解映射和衍生映射3种映射模式和12种映射关系。分析了单一功能与复合功能各自求解进程,研究了接口表达、匹配及功能推理等循环求解关键实现技术, 开发了一个面向复合功能产品的概念设计自动化原型系统,以硬币分离机的概念设计为例进行了验证。

Abstract: Based on the fact that appending and solving auxiliary functions are always depended on solving the aim function during conceptual design phase for complex function, the con-ceptual design cyclic mapping model which supports cyclic solving between function layer, effect layer, principle layer and structure layer is put forward. It consists of three mapping pat-tern and twelve mapping relations, such as decomposing map-ping, solving mapping and deriving mapping. Then the key techologies such as of interface expression and mapping and function reasoning are discussed. Finally a computer aided conceptual design automatic software system is developed and the conceptual design of coin-assorter is given as an example.
