摘要: 在充分熟悉2030冷连轧机直流电动机速度控制系统的基础上,将双电枢电动机速度控制系统的建模和仿真等效简化为单电枢电动机的建模和仿真,建立了2030冷连轧机含弱磁调速和速度自适应环节的直流电动机速度控制系统的机理模型,并给出了冷连轧机速度控制系统电动机负载转矩的在线计算公式。结合现场数据的仿真和实测结果表明,所建立的速度控制系统模型是正确的,电动机负载转矩的在线计算公式是可行的。

Abstract: Based on knowing well the DC motor speed control systems for 2030 tandem cold rolling mill, modeling and simulation for a double armature motor speed control system is predigested to that for a single armature motor speed control system equivalently. The physical model of the DC motor speed control system with field weakening and speed self-adjusting is established for 2030 tandem cold rolling mill. The model structure and parameters of each tache of the speed control system are obtained through the detailed analysis and account. The on-line calculation formula of the motor load torque is given for the speed control system of the tandem cold rolling mill. The simulation and actual measured results combining the spot status data show that the established model for speed control system is accurate, and the on-line calculation formula of the motor load torque is feasible.
