S型叶片可逆式轴流风机的全三维优化设计

摘要: 可逆风机在正向与反向送风时,都希望具有良好的气动性能。由于几何形状完全对称,S型叶片是可逆风机中比较理想的叶片。以NACA4数字系列叶型的前半部分为雏形,构造出气动性能良好的S型叶片。用三维雷诺平均Navier Stokes方程的计算流体力学方法,将叶型参数、扭转角和安装角作为设计参数,应用正交优化方法,对S型叶片的可逆式轴流风机通流部分进行优化设计,在满足风量、风压要求的前提下,获得最高的流动效率,取得了良好的设计效果。

Abstract: A reversible axial flow fan is required to run with high aerodynamic performance both in forward direction and in backward direction. S-type blades are usually used in such fans because of the absolute geometrical symmetry. A new S-type blade with high aerodynamic performance is constructed based on the NACA digital airfoil series. By simulating the flow field in the fans based on Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes equations, the method of orthogonal design is implemented to design the flow path of a reversible axial flow fan with S-type blade. Choosing the parameters of blade shape, torsional angle and clamping angle as design variable parameters, an optimum flow path of a reversible axial flow fan with S-type blade is obtained.
