摘要: 讨论了材料智能化制备与成形加工技术的概念、特点、主要研究方向、关键技术和相关科学问题,概述国内外材料智能化制备与成形加工技术的研究开发现状,对其应用前景进行了展望。认为智能化的材料制备与成形加工技术的两个重要特点是:按照使用要求设计材料,实现性能设计与制备加工工艺设计的一体化;在材料设计、制备与成形加工全过程中,对组织性能与形状尺寸实现精确控制。

关键词: 材料智能化制备与成形加工技术, 先进材料, 一体化设计, 智能化, 超级电容, 电动汽车, 复合电源, 均衡管理, 状态估计

Abstract: The concept and characteristics as well as main research contents, key techniques and correlated scientific problems of intelligent processing of materials (IPM) are discussed. The research and development situation of IPM is reviewed, and the future applications are prospected. The intelligent processing technology of materials should have two important characteristics:materials can be designed according to the demands of practical use, and the designs of property and proc-essing technology should be integrated. During the full process of the design and processing of materials, structure, properties and shape dimension can be controlled accurately.
