基于复杂网络的产品族零部件通用性分析方法

摘要: 将产品族的主结构采用有向复杂网络的形式加以描述,产品族中的零部件作为网络的结点,零部件之间的隶属关系作为网络的边。运用简单路径搜索等算法对各个结点的介数、数量、次数、入度和出度等参数进行计算,并得出各参数的双对数坐标统计曲线,结果总体上符合幂律分布,表明各参数具有择优特性且产品族零部件关系网是无标度的。建立了零部件通用性的经验公式,对产品族中的零部件通用性进行了统计,得出了产品族的通用件和定制件。在研究中,以某企业工业汽轮机产品族为例,对其零部件通用性进行了分析。

Abstract: Main structure of product family can be depicted as a directed complex network, nodes of the network are parts of product family and edges of the network are hierarchical relations of the parts. Parameters of the networks such as betweenness, total number, usage times, in-degree and out-degree of each node are calculated through simple path detecting algorithm, bi-logarithmic coordinates statistical curves of the parameters are drawn, these distribution curves follow a power law as a whole and it demonstrates that the parts network is scale-free. An experiential formula for universality of parts is given, the universality of each part is accounted, universal and customized parts are derived. As an example, a product family of the industry steam turbine is analyzed with this algorithm and some useful results are obtained.
