渣浆泵叶片边界层分离点位置移动的试验分析

摘要: 根据渣浆泵叶片压力面边界层控制方程以及边界层分离位置移动的参考点法,通过对分离点位置移动的试验结果分析,指出边界层分离点的位置能随分离参考点位置的改变而同向移动,而叶片形状的改变是引起过流表面边界层分离参考点位置移动的主要原因。借助于分离参考点的位置坐标,通过改变叶片形状系数,能有效地使分离参考点移向叶片出口端。若分离参考点接近于出口端,则可获得满意的测试结果,这说明边界层实际分离点的位置已经很接近于叶片的出口端。

Abstract: The boundary layer control equation and the reference point method of separation position moving on pressure surface of centrifugal slurry pumps are given out. By analysis on the results of separation moving test, it is indicated that the position of separation point may move with position coordinate of reference separation point, and the varying of vane shape is a major reason of the position moving of reference separation point. Having the aid of position coordinate of reference separation point, the point can be moved to outlet of vane by changing coefficient of vane shape. If the reference separation point approaches the outlet, the test results are satisfactory, which state that the practical position of boundary layer separation point will be close to the outlet.
