摘要: 为了解决电动汽车研究中控制策略的实时仿真,非线性元件建模和整车控制器快速原型开发等关键技术问题,采用机群技术和硬件在环仿真技术建立了电动汽车柔性实时仿真平台。结合燃料电池汽车开发实例,运用平均值建模方法实现了异步驱动电动机、主DC/DC及其控制系统动态模型的实时仿真;针对蓄电池模型精度差的特点,实现了蓄电池的在环仿真,从而构造了与真实车辆更为接近的仿真环境。最后,通过道路试验初步验证该平台的有效性,并对蓄电池在环仿真的应用进行阐述。

Abstract: Given the problems in developing electric vehicles, such as, real-time simulation of control strategy, modeling of nonlinear components, rapid control prototyping, it is proposed that a flexible real time simulation platform be constructed using PC cluster and hardware-in-the-loop technology. In the case study of a fuel cell vehicle, the state space modeling method is adopted to realize the dynamic simulation of induction motor and main DC/DC converter including their controllers; moreover, it is proposed to put the battery into the simulation loop for the first time, due to its poor accuracy. As a result, a simulation environment, which resembles the actual power train of electric vehicle, is setup. Finally, road tests are implemented to validate this real time platform, and the application of battery-in-the- loop simulation is also explained.
