多执行器电液分流控制系统的试验研究

摘要: 针对工程机械中广泛采用的单泵驱动多执行器系统,为了在满足系统协调动作的前提下,使泵输出的液压能得到充分的利用,提出了一种基于压差传感和执行器进油侧流量反馈的分流控制方法。在理论分析的基础上制定了优先级控制和分流比控制相结合的混合控制策略,并对其进行了试验验证。理论分析和试验研究均表明,该分流控制方法有助于提高各执行器的流量分配的合理性、动作的协调性以及系统的能量利用率。

Abstract: For multi-actuator system driven by single pump in construction machine, a new method based on pressure difference sensing and meter-in flow rate feedback control is given to fully use the hydraulic energy from pump on the condition of fulfilling the harmony of the system. According to theoretical analysis, a control strategy combining priority control with flow division control is proposed and tested. Theoretical analysis and experimental study show that the unreasonable distribution of flow rate could be avoided, and the system becames more harmonious and efficient.
