篦冷机机械流量调节器的设计方法研究

摘要: 机械流量调节器是篦冷机的关键部件,利用流体力学中的能量方程分析传统机械流量调节器的工作原理,发现其结构存在设计上的误差,在此基础上建立了一种新的机械流量调节器理论设计方法。基于此方法设计的机械流量调节器减小了传统机械流量调节器的设计误差,对实际生产中机械流量调节器的结构设计起到积极的指导作用,仿真结果说明采用该方法设计的机械流量调节器可以有效地提高其调节能力,并能够避免传统机械流量调节器在实际使用中存在的高频摆动现象。

Abstract: Michanical flow regulation is the key part of cooler. Using the hydromechanical energy equation, principle of old mechanical flow regulation is analyzed. And structure design error is found. Based on it, a new theoretical design method for cooler mechanical flow regulator is proposed. The design error of new designed mechanical flow regulator can be eliminated. Furthurmore, it will give a guicance to the design of mechanical flow regulator in practical application. Simulation result show that new disigned mechanical flow regulator could improve effectively adjust performance, and avoid high frequency wiggle like old mechanical flow regulator.
