摘要: 利用光纤陀螺测速原理,测量转轴的转矩。综述了转矩测量的原理、发展和运用技术。在两截面处用两只光纤陀螺测量两截面的相对转速,通过对相对转速积分,得到两截面的相对转角,进而实现转矩的测量,实现大型机械设备主传动的动力监测。为设备自动化、智能化奠定基础。

Abstract: Utilize the principle of fiber optic gyroscope measure rotational velocity to measure rotation shaft torque. Sum up the principle, development and utilization of torque measurement. Measure the relatively rotation speed of twain section using twain fiber optic gyroscope. By integral the relatively rotation speed, gain the relatively rotation angle, further realize torque measurement. Realize dynamics observation of main drive for large mechanism equipment, which can provide the foundation of the equipment automatization and intelligentization.
