风机叶片噪声模型研究

摘要: 风机叶片的形状制约其效率的高低、噪声的大小。通过分析风机叶片噪声的类型,研究风机叶片产生空气动力性噪声的机理。结合风机叶片的具体结构形状,运用运动声源产生声场的特点,建立风机叶片噪声数学模型。对噪声数学模型采用精度高的高斯—勒让得(Gauss—Legendre)法进行计算。模拟在噪声模型参数(叶片数、风机转速、攻角、叶片展向半径和叶片截面等)变化的情况下叶片噪声的变化情况,结合试验进行分析,得出影响风机噪声的主要因素。模型可为风机低噪声设计、预测提供理论依据。

Abstract: Fan blades shape affects its effective and sound pressure level (SPL). The fan blades noise types are analyzed. It studies fan blades airflow dynamic noise principle. It thinks about the blade structure shape in particular. The property of sound field produced by moving sound source is used. Mathematical model of fan blades noise is created. The mathematical model is calculated by advanced precision Gauss—Legendre. It studies the change of fan blades noise when the model parameters ( number of blades, rotation of fan, camber angle, spanwise radius of fan, section parameter of fan etc. ) are changed. The simulating and experiment results are analyzed. The factors of airflow dynamic noise are discussed. It can provide theory for low noise design and prediction of fans.
