柴油机表面噪声源识别的试验研究

摘要: 以一车用4缸柴油机为研究对象,首先通过柴油机各噪声辐射部件的表面振动速度的平方对时间和在振动表面的平均值预测了各部件表面辐射噪声声功率,从而识别出了该发动机的主要表面噪声源。然后又通过声强测试技术对柴油机进行了表面噪声源识别。从识别出的发动机的主要噪声源表明:两种方法体现了很好的一致性。并在此基础上提出了柴油机噪声控制改进方向。

Abstract: The acoustic powers of noises radiated by various components are estimated with a function of square of vibration velocity to time and their averages at vibration surfaces of engine components that radiate noises. The main sources of surface noises of a four-cylinder diesel engine used in a vehicle are identified. Then the main sources of surface noises are found out by sound intensity testing technique, too. The study results of surface vibration testing are verified by sound intensity testing with good agreement. Improvement direction of diesel noise control is put forward based on the previous study.
