摘要: 借助动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了以外挂子程序和多碰撞为特征的某型火炮的开闩模型,研究了火炮开闩过程中的动力学特性,尤其是开闩碰撞力的变化规律及其影响。该模型去除了传统火炮设计中采用的撞击动作瞬间完成的假设,使计算结果更加符合实际,为深入研究火炮动力学问题提供了参考。

Abstract: Aimed with dynamic simulation software-ADAMS, breech-opening model charactered with outer subroutines and multi-contacts is built and gun’s breech-opening dynamic characteristics, especially contact force’s change and influence are studied. The breech-opening model gets rid of the hypothesis apply in traditional gun design-contact happens instantly, brings more realistic results, so it can be referred in deep gun dynamic research.
