梯度材料复合对偶对称结构优化应力特性分析

摘要: 采用复合材料层合板模型,对梯度功能材料悬臂板进行了分析。取材料为非均质各向异性,材料参数沿厚度方向变化,利用对偶对称条件和自然边界条件,得出了梯度悬臂板结构的优化变形应力。研究结果表明,热载荷分布和横向剪切对结构中的优化特性会有很大的影响,存在优化的梯度参数使得结构具有最大的热强度。

Abstract: Composite layer board model is adopted to analyse functionally gradient materials cantilever board. FGM is hetergeneous anisotropy. It is assumed that all the material properties only depend on the thickness direction. Structure optimization distortion stress is obtained through introducing the nature boundary and layer dual symmetry conditions. Thermalload distributing and transverse shear dual symmetry affects struc-ture optimization characteristic. Structure optimization gradient coefficient lead to the maximal thermal intensiey.
