摘要: 针对大型齿轮的特点,阐述了基于在位测量方法的齿条刃边测头测量大型齿轮齿形误差方案的基本原理,运用误差与变异规律分析了误差条件下工具齿条刃边与被测渐开线齿面的啮合过程,给出了基于齿条刃边测头的大型齿轮齿形误差在位量仪的精度设计的理论根据。

Abstract: In view of characteristics of large gears, the general principle of a rack-head on-machine measuring large gear profile errors is stated. In the existence of error factors, the engaging process of the measuring rack and measured involute profile is analyzed by means of error-variation relation. And the precision design theory of the on-machine measuring instrument with which large gear profile errors are measured.
