非对称缸电液伺服系统的静态特性分析

摘要: 通过对对称阀控非对称缸和非对称阀控非对称缸电液伺服系统的压力特性、输出特性的对比分析,揭示了阀控非对称缸系统静态特性的基本特征,指出为研制高性能的非对称缸电液伺服系统采用非对称阀控非对称缸是最佳液压控制方案。进而探讨了系统的最佳负载匹配关系,给出系统设计准则,为正确设计阀控非对称缸伺服系统并进一步研究该类系统的控制方法,改善系统性能奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: Pressure and output properties of electro-hydraulic single rod cylinder systems controlled with symmetrical and asymmetrical valves respectively are studied. Some basic static properties are revealed and asymmetrical valve controlled single rod cylinder systems are supposed to be the best way to develop high performance hydraulic control. Load match is discussed and correspondingly some guidelines are given for the system design. Theoretical foundation is established as to do some further research of its control strategy and improve the performance of such kind of system.
