摘要: 焊缝自动跟踪在焊接工业中占有极其重要的地位,焊缝自动跟踪的精度和实时性对保证焊接质量有着不可估量的作用。研究如何提高焊缝自动跟踪的精度和降低焊缝自动跟踪系统的成本很有意义。从焊缝跟踪系统的硬件组成和控制方法角度分析了焊缝自动跟踪系统的发展历程,并对该技术的发展趋势进行了分析和展望。

关键词: 焊缝自动跟踪, 控制方法, 控制精度

Abstract: Automatic weld seam tracking takes an important role in the welding industry. Control precision and real-time concurrence of seam tracking has immeasurable effect on the welding quality. It’s significant to increase the precision and reduce the cost of the seam tracking system. The developmental process is researched from the hardware components and control methods. And the development tend of the technique is analysis and expected.
