摘要: 针对南水北调东线工程特点,分析了其梯级泵站对主泵机组的要求。根据现有大型水泵机组应用情况和技术水平,综合考虑可靠性、维修性、环保性和土建设备投资、运行费用等多方面因素,从提高工程总体效益出发,提出了梯级泵站主泵机组适宜的容量、泵型、机型、轴线形式和关键结构,结论对工程的规划设计、设备选型和运行管理具有参考价值。

Abstract: In the light of characteristics of south-to-north water transfer project in the east of China, the requirements of step pump stations of the project for pump units are analyzed. According to application situation of low head large pump units and technique level now available, reliability,maintainability, circumstance protection, investment, performance cost all considered,reasonable capacity, pump type, motor type, axial type and key structures of the pump units are advanced in order to promote benefits of the project. The results are well worth referencing to plan, equipment selection and performance maintenance of the project.
