Abstract: The rough project-planning problem for virtual enterprise (VE) in the industry of mould and die manufacturing is investigated. In collaborative product commerce (CPC) of the mould and die making, the coordinator need draw up the project- planning through negotiating with the partners collaboratively. The rough project-planning is an important part of such a negotiation-based project-planning. It is necessary for us to synthesize safety and validity in the procedure to draw it up. The uncertain factors of negotiation-based project-planning are analyzed and mathematically modeled, and then an optimization goal is brought out for the rough project-planning. Next, A rough project-planning is drawn up by an simple example. In order to deal with practical problems, a heuristic algorithm is put out and an application is demonstrated.
