摘要: 为了研究热连机轧辊轴承失效原因,对宝钢2050CVC轧机F4机座工作辊操作侧组合轴承的载荷工况进行了在线检测,包括轴承的动态径向列间分布、轴向力及轴承外环温度分布,获得了大量有价值的试验数据,为提高轴承寿命研究提供了科学依据。

Abstract: In order to study CVC hot tandem mill rolling bearings invalidation subject, a over-all on-line test is completed for working state of operating side bearing of work roll in the 2050CVC mill of Baoshan Iron and Steel Company, consists of load distribution among rows, axial force, temperature, and so on. A great deal testing results be provided for extend service life.
