摘要: 针对目前电液高速开关阀脉宽调制频率较低的问题,研制了新型压电元件驱动的电液高速开关阀,并研究了该阀的动态特性和静态特性。该阀属于两位三通型锥阀结构的数字阀,样机产品达到了下述性能指标:工作压力p1=10 Mpa,额定流量qV,n=8 L/min,开启时间ton≈1.2 ms,关闭时间toff≈1.7 ms。还分析了这种阀的驱动电路及其工作原理,利用电路的暂态分析理论研究了该阀的大功率快速驱动技术。

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of the lower pulse width modulating frequency of the present high-speed on-off valves, an attempt at developing a new kind of electro-hydraulic high-speed on-off valve driven by piezoelectric components is done. And the valve’s dynamic and static performances are studied. The prototype of the new valve is the kind of 2-position and 3-way poppet-type digital valve which can control flow rate of 8 L/min at 10 Mpa pressure, whose opening time is about 1.2 ms and whose closing time is approximately 1.7 ms. The driving circuit of this valve and its working principle are also analyzed, and the high-powerful and speedy technique of the valve is researched by the transient state analyzing theory of circuit.
