大型泵机组状态监测及工况调控系统的研制

摘要: 采用现代分布式测控系统对泵站的5台机组进行监控,现场智能仪器与计算机之间采用二线制网络传输数据,实时在线采集并同时显示5台机组工况参数、公用参数及重要计算参数如泵效等约140个。计算机可按流量、压力、电流和泵效等点动控制泵的工况。系统设置成自动控制状态时,可使泵始终工作在高效范围,以提高机组的运行效益。

Abstract: The five units of pumping station are monitored and controlled by modern distributed system. The data is transmil-ted through two-wire system network behveen intelligent appa-ratus and computer. Approximale 140 real-time paramelers of operating mode, common data and main calculated data such as pump efflciency of 5 units are collected and displayed simulta-neously on the spot. The computer can manipulate operating pump mode according rate of flovv, pressure, electricity or pump efflciency, The pumps wi!l work in high efficiency range and operational profit will be improved when the system is set up in auEocontrol state.
