摘要: 利用数值模拟技术对后壳锻造毛坯的成形过程进行了数值分析,得出了零件在法兰区及底部凸环圆角区产生汇流褶纹的原因,并通过模拟调试过程对毛坯及模具进行了调整,得出了合理的毛坯尺寸和模具的调整方案。

关键词: 成形缺陷, 后壳毛坯, 数值分析

Abstract: The forging process of rear case blank is analyzed with numerical simulation technique. The reasons that cause converging winkles at flange and projecting circular corner are revealed, reasonable plans are got by simulating the adjusting process of blank dimensions and dies. The rear case problems of converging winkles in manufacturing process are solved successfully.
