摘要: 阐述了板料成形动力显式有限元算法的实现机理和关键技术以及计算速度和分析精度的主要影响因素;在共旋理论和应变率方程的基础上,建立了新型局部坐标系;通过面积坐标建立速度场插值函数,避免了Belytschko-Tsay单元模型中因采用面内单点积分而导致的沙漏现象;论证了在动力显式有限元算法中应用面积坐标四边形单元模型的可行性,从而有效提高成形分析效率和精度。

关键词: 共旋坐标系, 面积坐标, 显式有限元分析, CFD-DEM, 面约束软性磨粒流, 磨粒-壁面碰撞, 硬脆性材料

Abstract: The mechanism and key technology of dynamic finite element method in sheet metal forming are described, The main factors influencing analytical precision and efficiency are stated. A quadrilateral thin shell element model on the base of co-rotational theory and strain velocity is studied with a new local coordination system, in which ideal integration can be realized and the necessary sandglass control in Belytschko-Tsay element is avoided. The feasibility of area coordinate quadrilateral thin shell element is elaborated, which improve analysis precision and efficiency of sheet metal forming. And the detail formulation is evolved.
